The Cookham Run is organised by the Rotary Club of Cookham Bridge. The Rotary Club is a global service organisation that focuses on humanitarian efforts and community service. It also limited the reach and accessibility of the event, making it difficult for potential participants to find information and register easily. Transitioning to an online system addresses these issues by streamlining the registration process, facilitating easier payments, and enhancing promotional efforts through a more dynamic and accessible platform.

The Solution

The project included creating a cohesive brand identity for the Cookham Run, incorporating visually appealing design elements that resonated with the event’s ethos and the scenic backdrop of the area.

 

The website solution involved the introducion of fast-track registrations, live results, and stunning promotional drone footage showcasing the beautiful area. These enhancements streamlined the registration process, facilitated easier payments, boosted promotional efforts, and improved overall participant experience.

Additionally, and to reduce unnecessary inquiries, a comprehensive FAQ section was compiled, addressing common queries and concerns participants might have had.
