What They Faced
Pop Poms specialise in colourful, playful, pom pom accessories, targeting a young, fashion-forward audience. They needed a website that would effectively communicate their fun, vibrant brand personality while maintaining a professional and trustworthy image. It was essential that the style of the site reached out to their target demographic, ensuring a seamless mobile experience, with bright colorful palette and product photography that really jumped out to the user.

The Solution
We conducted in-depth discussions to build a brand identity, understand the products target audience and specific needs, prototyping for client approval.
ARCK created a custom design that incorporated Pop Poms playful aesthetic. The use of animated elements, videos, emojis and a bright color palette reflected the brand’s personality. Dynamic product pages feature super high quality product photography, clear and concise product descriptions and user generated reviews. A custom product filter was developed to help users find items by colour, size, and accessory type. Custom fields were implemented to highlight delivery times and giving the users the option of personalising their poms to make them truely unique and create a gifting experience.
We simplified the e-commerce process to make the process of finding and ording products quick and concise, with a user-friendly shopping cart and checkout process, and modern payment options.
Within the first month, the site attracted 10k unique visitors and generated 340 sales.

Mobile responsiveness was a standout feature, with 40% of all transactions coming from mobile devices, highlighting the importance of the design’s adaptability.
